Little Creek Bar-B-Cue Co. is a member of the Kansas City Barbeque Society and also competes in KCBS Sanctioned events.
Little Creek Bar-B-Cue Co. was formed out of a love of barbeque and because we felt there was a need and a place in our market for a high quality product made with fresh, wholesome ingredients. We specialize in the art of smoking chicken, pork ribs, pork shoulder and beef brisket. Our goal is to offer an affordable and delicious alternative to lunch, dinner or any special occasion ( ie: Graduations, Family reunions, or any time people just want to "get together"). Feedback and demand has proven that we are on target with our goal.
We are entering our seventh year of business and are continuing to grow- thanks for taking the time to visit our site.... feel free to leave your feedback on our products, service, etc.....we appreciate ALL feedback. If there is a problem, we would like to know so we can fix it....if it's a word or two of praise - well, who doesn't want to hear that?

Our trip to Marietta was eventful and exciting! Friday night (the 10th) there were high winds and torrential downpours...some ez-up's were lost. We were able to hold on to ours though. Saturday the work began and we were fruitful with a 7th place in Chicken and a 8th place in Brisket. We left Marietta happy! 6/2011
