     Little Creek Bar-B-Cue Co. was formed out of a love of barbeque and because we felt there was a need and a place in our market for a high quality product made with fresh, wholesome ingredients. We specialize in the art of smoking chicken, pork ribs, pork shoulder and beef brisket. Our goal is to offer an affordable and delicious alternative to lunch, dinner or any special occasion ( ie: Graduations, Family reunions, or any time people just want to "get together"). Feedback and demand has proven that we are on target with our goal.

     Little Creek is a member of the Kansas City Barbeque Society and also compete in KCBS sanctioned events, formerly under the name Pigstatic Bar-B-Cue.

Our Beef Brisket is smoked for a minimum of 12 hours, using a variety of hardwoods. A 1/2 lb of sliced brisket is served on a roll, or "as is" .

   We take GREAT pride in the fact that all our food is freshly made - having said that...there are times when the demand exceeds the supply & we may run out of an item, (sometimes more than one). If this is the case, we apologize - but know that it is because some of our products take 10-12hrs to make. You have our guarentee that we only serve a freshly made product.
