     We have eaten at many bbq places that claim they had the best bbq.  We see why they toot their own horns, because we're not going to do it for them if it's not true.  Our goal is to be the best, but we'd rather hear it from others than tell people ourselves.  We strive to provide a product that will leave people talking, and service they won't soon forget.  BBQ isn't just food...it's an art...it's a way of life...in a way that no fast food or chain can provide.

A Personal Note.....

     Rich's full time job is ironworking, but he has a love & talent for cooking. When we went to the first non-sanctioned contest, and he discovered how truly talented he was, he was hooked!  He started experimenting with different rubs, eventually creating his own. The sauce was next....he spent days figuring out amounts and ingredients until it was "just right" . We were inviting people over for ribs and pulled pork sandwiches every weekend to get their feedback.  His Carolina sauce and BBQ sauce were a hit!  (We even canned the sauce and used it as our wedding favors in May, 2006). Then came the bbq forums....and our first sanctioned contest - BBQ on the River in Bristol, Pa in 2005. We didn't know what to expect really, but we had a blast! We did well, in the top half of the teams overall.....and we've been going strong ever since. 

      Next came Little Creek Bar-B-Cue Co. We formed an S Corp and got all of our licenses and certificates. We catered our own wedding and word got around what we were doing. We did a few pig roasts last year and this year the phone is ringing even more.....can't wait to see where we end up! 

Who We Are

     We started this whole venture without any gameplan or idea how it would turn us into fanatics.  We entered a local, non-sanctioned contest and wound up beating some people who actually did this for a living.  From there it was off to the big leagues. We compete against some of the best bbq teams in the country.  We do this for fun and this battlefield is where the art is perfected.

4th place ribs at Bordertown Bash. Fort Smith, Ark. We competed against some of the biggest names in this "business"- Smokin Triggers, Pellet Envy,& Habitual Smokers...just to name a few. To win 4th place was awesome!
