 We catered a lunch for Skanska/Koch in May , 2008. Over 100 iron workers were treated to baby back ribs , pulled pork, sides etc. for their safety incentive program while working on the new Giant's Stadium in East Rutherford, NJ.

 

Dave & Meryl Collins from Seacliff, N.Y. enjoyed some pulled pork sandwiches during the Wind Gap Bluegrass Festival, hosted by the AFBA in August of 2008.               

"Every time my husband and I drove by this place, We couldn't wait 'til it opened so we could feed our face.

When we opened the door, we were greeted by Rich & Kim Green, They are two of the nicest people you have ever seen.

We ordered the pulled pork sandwich to eat, And we can honestly say it sure is good meat.

The potato salad and coleslaw topped off the meal, And when we got our bill we thought, this is a good deal!

They also have chicken and ribs you might like to buy, So come on in and give it a try."
