"AWESOME!! Back for 2nd time in 3 days!! Had the chicken, very moist-macaroni & chs and beans were terrific!! Got the same things both times, next visit the pulled pork, which I heard was very good. Now to the last bit..okra-ugh!-I thought when I opened the box at home- I hate okra-but I kept looking at it and thought, why not try a bite. It was pickled and it was great-it complimented the chicken, sauce, beans-everything-what a treat-all wrapped up with blues playing in the background-a real local gem-it's gonna be dangerous for me living only a hop and a skip away!!!"

"I have tried many items on your menu, and all I have to say is wonderful! I have had Gates BBQ in Kansas City. I personally think yours is 10x better. Your meat is so tender that it doesn't even really need the sauce to go with it. Your side dishes are always fresh and taste delicious. My only suggestion is just keep doing whatever it is that you're doing and don't change a thing. We wish you the best of luck and longetivity.
