How do you tell REAL barbeque from the wan-a-be's? The "smoke ring". The smoke ring is when the outside 1/4" to 1/2" of the meat turns pink from real wood smoke. Pulled Pork

Pork shoulders are slow cooked for 12 hours using hickory and cherry wood. Our shoulders are rubbed with our own blend of spices to produce a one-of-a-kind flavor. The "bark" or outer crust helps to keep in all the succulent juices that leave the meat tender and full of smokey flavor. Our pork is served with your choice of sauce on the side.

Ribs

We are very proud of our Award Winning Ribs! They are dry rubbed with our own blend of spices, then cooked SLOWLY in our smoker for 5-6 hours using a variety of hardwoods. The result is a mouth watering, one-of-a-kind taste experience. Your choice of BBQ or Carolina sauce is served on the side.

Beef Brisket

We use USDA Choice Angus Beef for it's consistent marbling and tenderness. After careful trimming, the brisket is put on the cooker for a minimum of 12 hours. A 1/2lb. thin sliced brisket is served on a roll or "as is". Your choice of BBQ or Carolina sauce is served on the side. Check out the "smoke ring".

Pit Beef

Top Round Roast slow cooked over charcoal as to retain all juices and flavor. A 1/2lb. sliced thin, served on a soft Kaiser with our own creamy horseradish sauce on the side is Unbelievable!
