Little Creek Bar-B-Cue Company

     Our first purchase in April of 2005 was a custom built JR Enterprise wood fired cooker from Arkansas. We picked it up along with a 16' Performance trailer when we were visiting Rich's parents for Easter. A few weeks ago, we added a Meadow Creek PR72 Roaster to our "family". We are planning on using the Meadow Creek as a rental unit to people who would like to do their own pig roasts.

Little Creek Bar-B-Cue Co also owns a hot dog cart and has a business license for Belvidere NJ. The cart is set up M-Th across the street from the Warren County courthouse from 9:30am-2:30pm (weather permitting) Opening day for the 2008 season is April 15th...tentative.
