     Our first purchase in April of 2005 was a custom built JR Enterprise wood fired cooker from Arkansas. We picked it up along with a 16' Performance trailer when we were visiting Rich's parents for Easter. We have since added a Meadow Creek PR72 Roaster to our "family". We use the Meadow Creek as our "pig cooker" now when we do pig roasts...it is also available for rent for those of you who would like to try their own pig. Just contact us to ask for price and availability.
